We are selling Community Value Coupon Books to raise money for our school!

Dance Details - Things MAY change if we are unable to get enough volunteers at the stations. Please sign up for a 30 minute slot if able to make this event happen for the kids!
- Tickets are by donation if you are able to support the cause (suggested price is $2 per person). Pre purchase on our hot lunch site OR pay at the door (cash or card). IF YOU PRE-PURCHASED a ticket, no need to sign in. It will be honour system to decrease the volunteer need and speed things up!
- Costumes are encouraged (adults too) but not required
- Doors will open at 6pm, please do not enter until they do as we have limited time to set up after the after school care crew. If you are able to lend a hand to help set up, its appreciated!
- Thank-you to our DJ Am who is a parent at our school and volunteers this service for free! Our dance is possible because of him. You can pre-request songs at the link above or at the dance
- We will be selling a FEW things like glow sticks, rings pop etc
- The Hot Dog Guys (see link to website above) will be at the event selling hot dogs, drinks, and coffee for us tired parents
- Ms. Dol will be selling her famous cupcakes - CASH ONLY
- There will be a couple fun games $1 each (cash or card) such as "Count the candycorn" in the jar where the winner will receive a NeeDoh! As well as a fun game "Is it a trick or is it a treat?" where kids pay $1 and choose a bag which might contain a small treat like candy or maybe a trick like a rock or dirty sock
- We are hoping to sell items and have these games out in the courtyard to keep the dance floor free *Weather premitting*
- We will have seats in the courtyard as well as chairs in the back of the gym for parents who wish to stay in there to watch their kids
- If we can get enough volunteers to help at the event with the haunted hallway we will create it again this year.
- Craft tables will be located outside in the lower hallway, along with chairs for anyone who needs quiet time
- Please bring your water bottle to refill and we will have access to the lower washrooms
- We will also have a drop box for any people who wish to return their coupon book (this will be at the ticket table)
- NO ONE IS ALLOWED to wander the hallways of the school. If we do not follow this rule we will NOT be allowed to use our gym/school space for future events so please stress this to your child!
- Last song will end at 8pm and lights will be flicked on, at this time if you are able to help with clean-up it is really appreciated, even putting away a few chairs makes a huge difference.
